Bruce Hayden is a seasoned financial management specialist with over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Mr. Hayden is regarded as an expert in hospitality finance and management including: ownership and capital structures; hotel debt underwriting; property management; asset management; accounting; internal audit; reservations systems; and financial controls of hotels with complex operations and ownership structures.

He began his hospitality career as a summer job during college and developed a track record of progressive promotions and leadership roles with Hilton Hotels. Of note, Mr. Hayden was the Controller at Hilton’s flagship property, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, with 3,500 guest rooms, and at the Hilton Anaheim, the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, and at Hilton Hotels in Hawaii, Florida, Texas and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Hayden’s most recent position at Hilton was Area Controller-East where he was responsible for fourteen Hilton properties in Miami, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York and Boston, where the property Controllers reported to him.

Since 2009, Mr. Hayden has been collaborating on projects with Global Destinations, where he is valued for his experience and property-level knowledge in planning. His most recent project for Global Destinations was to write and implement the hotel operations and controls program for the Bimini Bay Resort, where he additionally provided asset management.

Mr. Hayden is the past president of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP), Orange County, California Chapter. He has received several awards for leadership from the Hilton Hotels in which he served as the Director of Finance. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida.
