Working with the Capo Group and Hilton Hotels, Global Destinations reorganized the business plan for a five-star Conrad Hotel on Bimini, the closest Bahamian island to the US. The existing Bimini Bay Resort & Marina features 350 homes, the Bahamas’ largest yacht marina at 240 slips, restaurants and fine retail shopping. The next phase of development was to include the five-star hotel operated, a casino, and a Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course and classical home architecture on some of the world’s most spectacular beaches.
